Our Mission
Our goal is to provide New Aiyansh community members with the opportunity to participate in physical activity, strive for excellence, and enhance their overall well-being. We offer inclusive services ranging from “Right to Play” programs and organized sports to arts, culture, and outdoor activities.

Membership & Fees
We strive to keep our programs affordable to ensure all citizens can participate. Membership fees are due on the 1st of each month.

  • Youth: $5.00
  • Adult Gym: $5.00
  • Fitness: $10.00

Programs & Activities

  • Right to Play: After-school program (Free for ages 6–12).
  • Basketball: U10, U13, U17 divisions, plus Ladies’ and Men’s teams.
  • Youth Room: Activities subject to monthly calendar.
  • Summer Camps: Seasonal programming.
  • Fitness: Programs led by the Manager and the Youth Engagement Coordinator and Coach.

NEW: The Mirror Room
To accommodate our growing fitness community, we are excited to announce the opening of the Mirror Room! Whether you are into lifting or mobility work, we now have more space to help you reach your goals.

Weekly Fitness Schedule (7:15 PM Daily)

  • Monday: Strength Training (Kettlebells)
  • Tuesday: EMOM – Strength & Conditioning (Barbell/Dumbbell)
  • Wednesday: Stretch and Mobility (Mirror Room)
  • Thursday: TABATA 40/20 Dumbbell Complex
  • Friday: HIIT Body Weight / Body Attack (Mirror Room)

Facility Guidelines & Policies

  • Zero Tolerance for Bullying: We are committed to a safe environment. Bullying incidents are dealt with immediately. Parents will be contacted, and serious matters may result in a temporary ban from the facility.
  • Gym Etiquette: Please help us keep the facility clean. Patrons are responsible for wiping down equipment after use with the provided sprays and wipes.
  • Lost & Found: We encourage parents to inventory their children’s belongings. Lost items are kept in the bin on-site, but the Centre is not responsible for lost items. Unclaimed items are donated to the Salvation Army quarterly.

Want to coach a team, run a fitness class, or help with arts & crafts? We’d love to have you! Please contact staff to make arrangements. Note: A criminal record check is required for all volunteers.
