The Gitlaxt’aamiks Village Government Official Community Plan is a comprehensive plan that guides the overall future of the of the Nisga’a Village of New Aiyansh and provides a framework for managing future change.
Our OCP is the upmost hierarchy of land use plans and the plans included in the OCP are Land Use and Growth Managment, as well as Heritage aspects and Economic Development.
From time to time, Council will consider amendments to the OCP Bylaw which may result in changes to this document. It is best practice to ensure that users of this policy make necessary inquiries regarding possible amendments and changes.
