Refuse Collection

Effective since June 1, 2006, only those who have pre-paid will continue to receive collection service.
  • Municipal Refuse Collection Services: 2 days per week:
  • Residential Refuse Collection Fees: $20.00 per month
  • Commercial Refuse Collection Fees: $40.00 per month
  • Municipal Refuse Collection Service: 1 day per week:
  • Residential Refuse Collection Fees: $10.00 per month
  • Commercial Refuse Collection Fees: $20.00 per month

Collection Days:

Garbage collection service days shall be on Monday & Thursday. For those who have chosen the One per week option, collection service shall be done on Thursday.

You are responsible for ensuring your refuse is ready for pick up on the designated days (either first thing in the morning or first thing in the afternoon). Also only household refuse will be picked up, providing it is in bags.

Collection Route:

Lower village: 9am - 12pm

Upper village: 1pm - 5pm

*Fees paid on garbage day, your garbage will be picked up the next garbage day paid for.
