Notice of Invitation for the 2013 Junior All Native Tournament

Dear: Coaches and Managers

This letter is to formally invite your 17 & under girls and boys team (s) to the 2013 Annual Junior All Native Basketball Tournament hosted by the Nisgaa Nation.

1. The dates for 2013 Junior All Native Tournament is as follows:
Monday March 18th to Friday March 22th, 2013

2. The entry fee is $150.00 payable to Gitlaxt’aamiks Village Government on or before January 31th, 2013. The entry fee must be paid by certified cheque or money order. This deadline will be strictly enforced; teams that do not meet this deadline will be placed on the standby list. Rosters are requested on January 12th, 2013.

3. Please be advised that Coach’s & Managers meeting will take place on Sunday night at 7:00pm, at Gitlaxt’aamiks Recreation Centre. The tournament will begin Monday, March 18, 2013 at 8:00 am.

4. Tournament games will be held in all four villages. The villages are : Gingolx, Laxgalsap, Gitwinksihlkw, and Gitlaxt’aamiks

5. Billeting will be provided in the four Nisgaa Communities. A list of hotels in the city of Terrace will be provided in package. For those teams considering hotels in Terrace, please see attachment
